Summary of AUC values for models using a Support Vector Machine (SVM).

The structural properties analyzed are RSA, WCN, secondary structure (SS), and mean score. Model AUC indicates the AUC resulting from the entire dataset, and mean cross-validated AUC indicates the averaged AUC calculated from repeated 10-fold cross-validation. Models are sorted in order of descending cross-validated AUC.
