Quantum Valley Hall Insulator in MoTe2/WSe2 heterobilayer

Dataset of results related with the theoretical analysis of Quantum Valley Hall insulating state in the MoTe2/WSe2 heterostructure within the extended Hubbard model for the case of two holes per moire unit cell. The Hartree-Fock calculation method have been used to obtain the data. This data set is a result of research which was founded by National Science Centre, Poland (NCN) according to decision 2021/42/E/ST3/00128.
