Gene-expression profiles of multi-stage hepatocellular carcinoma induced by diethylnitrosamine (DEN) in mouse model

To better characterize the pathogenesis of hepatocarcinogenesis, we established mouse HCC model by diethylnitrosamine (DEN) exposures and performed whole genome expression profiling. Total was extracted from frozen liver samples from vehicle-control and DEN treated mice. Histologic classification of adenomas (n=7), eHCCs (n=11), and aHCCs (n=7) was performed.
