Script for the piecewise SEM in R. The script is to be used with the Additional file 1. The first part of the script enables the user to install all the necessary packages and to import the dataset. The rest of the script enables the user to realise the piecewise SEM. The different steps are detailed from creating the model to obtaining the standardised regression coefficients. (R 1 kb)
