Data of paper: Neutron Induced Single Event Functional Interruption in COTS Solid State Drives

This dataset was generated when solid-state drives (SSDs) were subjected to a wide-spectrum neutron irradiation. Each SSD was exposed to neutron radiation environment until functional interruption was recorded. The log files detail each event's timestamp, error codes, DRAM error distribution and types, NAND errors and types, and other diagnostic information.Python scripts were used to batch parse the relevant log files and extract entries based on specific conditions. The scripts identify log entries that contain specific error codes and diagnostic details (error types, specific die codes, and page numbers).This dataset can be used to study the impact of neutron radiation on SSD reliability. Applications include:Investigating the causes of SSD functional interruptions.Identifying SSD components that are vulnerable to radiation, such as DRAM and NAND flash memory.Developing strategies to enhance SSD resilience against radiation.By providing detailed behavior logs of SSDs under neutron radiation, this dataset supports research in the design and reliability of future storage devices in high-radiation environments.
