Geochemical and Zn–Cu isotope data associated with "Paired Zinc-Copper isotopes reveal pulsed productivity and redox dynamics during oxygenation of the early Cambrian ocean"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the manuscript entitled "Paired Zinc-Copper isotopes reveal pulsed productivity and redox dynamics during oxygenation of the early Cambrian ocean." It contains geochemical and Zn–Cu isotope data from the early Cambrian Qiongzhusi Formation in well Z202, Upper Yangtze region, South China. The dataset includes sample depths, stratigraphic information, total organic carbon contents, bulk and authigenic Zn isotope compositions, bulk and calculated authigenic Cu isotope compositions, and complementary geochemical proxies. The accompanying MATLAB codes provide the implementation of the biogeochemical model and ensemble simulations used to investigate relationships among marine productivity, organic carbon cycling, metal isotope evolution, and ocean oxygen availability.
