Low coverage whole genome sequencing of dog samples collected by the Dog Aging Project

Low coverage (1x) whole genome sequencing of genomic DNA derived from saliva samples collected from domestic dogs (Canis lupus familiaris) enrolled in the Dog Aging Project. The Dog Aging Project is a nationwide, longitudinal effort to study all dynamics of aging and health span in tens of thousands of companion dogs, and is collecting genomic data to delineate the genetic and environmental components of aging, longevity, health disorders, and age-related cognitive decline.
