Priority Water Routes Remediation Ordinance

Waterways carried out by the OÖ Remediation Ordinance 2011 (LGBl. No 95/2011) are included; Restriction to those priority water routes of the NGP 2009, where the target failure in accordance with the WFD has been reliably identified and the rehabilitation is within the competence area of the Land of Upper Austria. Priority water gaps are lines identified as priority lines in the 2009 National Water Management Plan (NGP). In these areas, the NGP provides for the production of organism passability (continuance) on all transverse structures and in all residual water sections by the end of 2015.
