Research on the Mechanism of the Impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence Adoption Intensity on University Teachers' Teaching Innovation

This dataset accompanies the paper titled “Research on the Mechanism of the Impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence Adoption Intensity on University Teachers’ Teaching Innovation.” The data was collected through a survey conducted among 525 university teachers between February 2026 and April 2026. The dataset comprises several key components, including scale items, demographic characteristics of the sample, evaluation criteria for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) fit indices, reliability assessments for each scale, and descriptive statistics of core variables, among others. All participants provided informed consent, and the data has been anonymized to exclude any personally identifiable information. The uploaded file “Supplementary Table.docx” contains supplementary statistical results that support the empirical analysis in the paper and facilitate future replication and extension of the research.
