Genome coordinates and quantitative affinity annotations of CTCF binding sites measured by MpEMSA-seq

This dataset contains genome-mapped CTCF binding sites identified by MpEMSA-seq. Each BED entry includes genomic coordinates, DNA sequence annotation, quantitative CTCF-DNA binding affinity values, and suggested orientation information. Both hg19 and hg38 genome coordinates are provided to facilitate compatibility with previous analyses and current genome resources.
