Hydroides elegans Raw sequence reads

This study examines transcriptional responses during bacterially induced metamorphosis in the marine annelid Hydroides elegans under different RNAi gene conditions . Single-end Illumina RNA sequencing was performed on competent larvae following bacterial-mediated RNA interference knockdown with pDSRSF1010gfp-fed larvae used as controls. Larvae were exposed to metamorphosis-associated contractile structures (MACs) to identify downstream transcriptional programs. Four biological replicates were sequenced for each treatment.
