In 2018, the Institute for the Rule of Law at the European University at Saint Petersburg conducted the first country-representative crime victimization survey in Russia. The dataset from the survey is published here. The dataset might contain errors due to an extensive preprocessing and cleaning of the data. Please use the latest versions of the dataset if possible.
