Aging is characterized by a gradual decline in protein homeostasis. However, how protein dynamics changes with normal aging and in disease is less well understood. Here, we systemically characterize age-modulated proteome in Drosophila, from head and muscle tissues of somatic cells, and the testis as reproductive tissue.
