本数据集是基于我国自主研制的“高分五号”(GF-5)卫星温室气体监测仪(GMI)的观测数据,通过自主研发的先进反演算法生成的CO₂柱浓度(XCO₂)产品集。产品时间覆盖2022年至2024年,空间范围覆盖中国全境,提供了日均尺度、空间分辨率约1公里的高精度XCO₂栅格数据。针对我国典型污染大气条件给反演带来的巨大挑战,项目团队突破了传统算法的局限性,发展了融合气溶胶散射效应参数化估算模型的改进迭代反演算法,显著提升了在复杂大气环境下反演CO₂浓度的精度与稳定性。数据集经过TCCON等国际权威地基观测网络数据的严格验证,结果显示其反演结果与地基测量值具有良好的一致性,均方根误差优于2ppm,达到了国际同类产品的先进水平。这套完全基于国产卫星数据的CO₂产品,为我国开展自主可控的碳排放监测、区域碳通量估算、以及国家与省级排放清单的独立校验提供了不可或缺的遥感数据源。数据集为栅格格式。(协议共享)

This dataset is a CO₂ column concentration (XCO₂) product set generated from the observation data of the Greenhouse Gas Monitor (GMI) onboard China's independently developed "Gaofen-5" (GF-5) satellite, using self-developed advanced inversion algorithms. The product covers the time period from 2022 to 2024, with a spatial scope covering the entire territory of China, and provides high-precision XCO₂ grid data at a daily average scale with a spatial resolution of approximately 1 kilometer. Aiming at the significant challenges posed by China's typical polluted atmospheric conditions to inversion, the project team broke through the limitations of traditional algorithms, and developed an improved iterative inversion algorithm integrating the parametric estimation model of aerosol scattering effect, which significantly improves the accuracy and stability of CO₂ concentration inversion in complex atmospheric environments. The dataset has undergone rigorous validation using data from international authoritative ground-based observation networks such as TCCON. The results demonstrate that its inversion results exhibit excellent consistency with ground-based measurements, with a root mean square error (RMSE) of less than 2 ppm, reaching the advanced level of similar international products. This CO₂ product entirely based on domestic satellite data provides an indispensable remote sensing data source for China to conduct independently controllable carbon emission monitoring, regional carbon flux estimation, and independent verification of national and provincial emission inventories.
