A harmonized global health and environment dataset for reproductive health research, 1990–2023

GloHEAD (Global Health and Environment Aggregated Dataset) is a harmonized database integrating seven international sources for environmental health research:• Global Burden of Disease Study 2023 (IHME): PCOS burden estimates and 89 risk factor Summary Exposure Values• ERA5 Climate Reanalysis (ECMWF/Copernicus): Temperature, precipitation, and climate extremes• World Bank Development Indicators: Socioeconomic indicators• WHO Global Health Observatory: Environmental health indicators• Satellite-derived PM2.5 (van Donkelaar et al.): Fine particulate matter concentrations• Per-capita CO2 emissions (Our World in Data)The dataset spans 1990–2023 and provides complete coverage of all 204 GBD countries and territories for health outcome and risk factor tables.
