The record includes the ‘Distribution’ of staff being their duty assigned or their leave type is noted. The inmate numbers received and/or discharged, numbers separately confined, also includes reports on ration inspection, musters attended, official visitors & visits to prison after 5:30pm. There is also recorded a section for ‘Directions & Special Occurrences’. The record is daily signed off by the Superintendent.
