Synthetic stress-test artifacts for Toward Nanostatistics: Mechanistically Informed Inference for Sparse, Heterogeneous, and Regime-Sensitive Nanoscale Systems

This record contains the synthetic datasets, posterior trace files, generated summary tables, figures, configuration files, environment metadata, log file, and integrity checksums associated with the final manuscript-level synthetic stress test for "Toward Nanostatistics: Mechanistically Informed Inference for Sparse, Heterogeneous, and Regime-Sensitive Nanoscale Systems".The final run used 150 independent simulations implemented with PyMC/NUTS, four chains, 3000 tuning iterations, 3000 posterior draws per chain, target_accept = 0.99, and random seed 20260630. The final output folder used for the manuscript-level benchmark was outputs_manuscript_150_ta099.Posterior trace files were verified against metrics_raw.csv by simulation identifier, workflow type, posterior dimensions, and divergent transition counts. The verification returned 300/300 matching trace files and zero mismatches.The archive is intended to support reproducibility of the synthetic stress-test results reported in the manuscript. The stress test is synthetic and should be interpreted as a controlled methodological demonstration, not as empirical validation across real nanoscale systems.
