Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6 Raw sequence reads

This project investigates age-dependent susceptibility to N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA)-induced liver carcinogenesis in DNA repair-deficient mice. RGAM transgenic mice (RaDR-R/R;gpt-g/g;Aag-/-;Mgmt-/-) on a C57BL/6 background were treated with NDMA via drinking water at juvenile or adult ages, along with untreated controls. Data include Duplex Sequencing of liver genomic DNA (16 samples) to characterize somatic mutation burden and spectra, and RNA-seq of liver tissue (384 samples) to profile transcriptomic responses across treatment groups, time points, and genotypes. Sequencing was performed on Illumina platforms with paired-end reads.
