SurfPro2: a relational database, curation workflow and repository of surfactant physicochemical data

SurfPro2 is a curated database of surfactant physicochemical properties and associated molecular structures, assembled from the scientific literature.This repository contains the source data, curation workflows, and scripts required to reproduce the SurfPro2 SQLite database. The version on Zenodo also contains the pre-built SurfPro2 relational database in target/surfpro.db. To access the data, please download the zipped archive of the repository, expand it, and follow the instructions in README.md.
