Supporting data for Functional characterization of oligopeptidases from oral Capnocytophaga

Our study focuses on the analysis of protease genes of oral bacteria. We analyze the gene transcription, phenotype, and recombinant protein activity. We also analyse the gene distribution of these genes in Bacteroidetes. Our result will give instructions for oral disease treatment.
