Human Microbial Cloud Analysis and Data

This contains raw data (otu_table_r.txt.gz) to go with analysis files. This file was too big for github, so take this file and ungzip it into the data folder. Then all analysis will run using .Rmd scripts. The zipped repo (Meadow_etal_HumanMicrobialCloud) is the same as is on github, but this version will not be updated with the same regularity. This study is currently in review.
