Scripts for analyzing vertical ozone structure in PRD using UAV and Lidar

This repository contains all the necessary Python scripts, processed data files (.csv format), and supporting documentation to reproduce the research presented in the paper "Analysis of Vertical Structural Characteristics of a Spring Ozone Pollution Episode in the Pearl River Delta Based on UAV and Lidar". The contents are organized into structured folders for clarity and reusability: data_process/: Scripts for preprocessing raw data collected from Lidar observations, ensuring compatibility with subsequent analysis. plotting/: Python visualization scripts to generate all figures in the manuscript, such as vertical ozone profiles. All data and code adhere to FAIR principles, enabling other researchers to replicate the study’s results, verify conclusions, or build upon the analysis for related ozone pollution and atmospheric vertical structure research in the Pearl River Delta or similar regions.
