Single-cell multiomic analysis of B-ALL minimal residual disease: RNA + ATAC data from discovery cohort

This repository contains data for the manuscript entitled "Therapy-induced lineage plasticity in B-ALL MRD". The discovery cohort for this dataset includes data from 41 patients. 10X multiome data was generated for patients at multiple timepoints including diagnosis (IDX), post-induction (MRD), and relapse (RLP) for a subset of patients. A subset of patients were also profiled using MissionBio targeted scDNA-seq using a custom panel. We further generated a healthy multiome reference from pediatric bone marrow as well as CITE-Seq from 5 B-ALL pediatric patients for a validation cohort. This record contains full RNA, the joint modality downsampled object, and master sample/QC metadata. Additional data is stored in linked records. See RECORD_CONTENTS.txt for the file list.
