Replication Data for: On the Validity of using Venous Blood, Dried Blood Spots or Saliva Samples for Measuring Telomere Length in Population Inequity Research

Individual TL Data.dta: This dataset includes demographic information about respondents (e.g. age, location, race, and education). This dataset also includes the calculated telomere length (TL) for each respondent (e.g. PBMC, dried blood spot, and saliva TL measurements). Numerator TL Data.dta: This dataset includes information about the individual telomere quantity measurements for each individual. An individual will have multiple measurements per measurement type (e.g. PBMC, dried blood spot, and saliva). The telomere quantality variable in this data set is used in the numerator of the TL ratio equation. Denominator TL Data.dta: This dataset includes information about the individual 36B4 quantity measurements for each individual. An individual will have multiple measurements per measurement type (e.g. PBMC, dried blood spot, and saliva). The B4 quantality variable in this data set is used in the denominator of the TL ratio equation.
