"Workplace bullying among the working population in Germany – a representative study" was conducted by the Institute of Social Medicine, Occupational Medicine and Public Health (ISAP) of the Medical Faculty of Leipzig University in cooperation with the Institute and Polyclinic for Occupational and Social Medicine (IPAS) of the Technical University of Dresden, USUMA GmbH (Berlin) and with the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS).
The representative survey investigates the prevalence of bullying among dependent employees in Germany. The main points to be considered are possible triggers, causes and corporate cultural aspects that encourage bullying. In addition, work-related framework conditions, protective factors and health aspects were examined.
The Scientific Use File for this study is provided via the Research Data Centre of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (FDZ-BAuA) for use in scientific research projects.
