LeapMotion data of supination/pronation movements in healthy control group and a Parkinson's disease patient.

UPDATE: Version 3 corresponds to the correct dataset involved in this study. Version 1 presented a deficient dataset. Please do no use the data from version 1.

The presented files constitute the raw data acquired with the Leap Motion contraller for supination/pronation movements characterization. This matlab binary files include the date obtained with a game called 'rocket game'. All the files follow the same structure:

IDdata - Time and date of the acquisition.
Informations - Age and sex of the subject.
palm - X,Y,Z position of the center of the palm of the hand.
rotation - X,Y,Z coordinates of the normal versor to the palm of the hand.
index - X,Y,Z position of the index finger tip.
middle - X,Y,Z position of the middle finger tip.
ring - X,Y,Z position of the ring finger tip.
small - X,Y,Z position of the small index tip.
thumb - X,Y,Z position of the thumb index tip.
timelist - epoch time of each sample in milliseconds.
