资源简介:
Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is an important cereal, oil and economic crop in China. Aluminum toxicity is one of the most important factors affecting the growth and development of the crop, and acidic soils lead to a large release of reactive aluminum, which reduces peanut yields in southern China. In this study, 138 seedlings of peanut germplasm resource materials were subjected to aluminum stress treatment, and three phenotypic traits of plant height, primary root length and lateral root number were determined, and the strong aluminum-resistant cultivar A135 and aluminum-sensitive cultivar A045 were screened out, and the peanut was subjected to aluminum stress treatment for 11 days after 7 days of growth, and the seedling leaves of the two varieties were taken after the aluminum treatment, and will be sequenced by transcriptome sequencing, with three replicates of each variety and a total of six Samples. Transcriptome sequencing was performed to analyze the differentially expressed genes and provide data support for the further excavation of peanut aluminum resistance related genes.
