To identify the genes differentially expressed upon the knockdown of the lncRNA ANRIL using LNA GapmeRs in HEK293 cells Overall design: We analyzed WT and ANRIL knockdown HEK293 cells using the Affymetrix Human Clariom D chips. Array data were processed using the Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC) Software. Five biological replicates were included in the analysis.
