Supplementary clinical dataset for Rett syndrome case: EEG, DXA, and valproate monitoring (Version 2)

This dataset contains anonymized clinical materials supporting a case report describing long-term observation of a child with clinically diagnosed Rett syndrome and pharmacoresistant epilepsy. The dataset documents the clinical course of the disease, diagnostic investigations, therapeutic interventions, and clinical outcomes during several years of follow-up. The materials include a structured clinical summary timeline, electroencephalography reports obtained at different stages of observation, laboratory monitoring data, and video recordings illustrating paroxysmal episodes observed during daily activities. The dataset is intended to provide supplementary documentation for the associated clinical case report and to allow independent evaluation of the clinical observations described in the publication. All identifying information has been removed. Written informed consent for publication and sharing of anonymized clinical materials was obtained from the patient’s parents.
