Observation data from video cameras in Ein Gedi Nature Reserve

The dataset comprises observations from six video cameras positioned at water pools accessible to wildlife in David Wadi, within the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. Video recordings were analysed using the Behavioral Observation Research Interactive Software (BORIS, version 8.22.6; Friard & Gamba, 2016). For each observation, we recorded the presence of each species and the number of individuals detected (number of individuals > 0), as well as the occurrence of the following behaviours: drinking from the water pool, vigilance, foraging, and social interactions.
