RNA sequencing of naïve T cells, central memory T cells and effector memory T cells derived from mouse spleens

To explore the relationship between OT-I cells co-cultured with tumor-associated monocytes (TAMos) and conventional T cell subsets, we conducted RNA transcriptome profiling of naïve T cells, central memory T cells, and effector memory T cells from mouse spleens. Overall design: We sorted naïve T cells, central memory T cells, and effector memory T cells from mouse spleens, followed by RNA sequencing.
