Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of rat aorta samples after stent deployment

Bare Metal Stents (BMS), Drug Eluting Stent (DES) and Exosomes Eluting Stent (EES) were placed in rat abdominal aorta for one week. Then total RNA of aortas was extracted. We used ScienCell's GeneQuery Rat Macrophage Polarization Markers qPCR Array Kit to quantitate gene expression of macrophage relevant genes.将裸金属支架（Bare Metal Stents, BMS）、药物洗脱支架（Drug Eluting Stent, DES）以及外泌体洗脱支架（Exosomes Eluting Stent, EES）植入大鼠腹主动脉，术后一周提取大鼠主动脉总RNA。随后采用ScienCell公司的GeneQuery大鼠巨噬细胞极化标志物qPCR阵列试剂盒（GeneQuery Rat Macrophage Polarization Markers qPCR Array Kit）对巨噬细胞相关基因的表达水平进行定量检测。
