The file readme.pdf describes the files in the replication package and how to run them.</div><div>2. The file variables.pdf gives ˆa description of the variables included in the data dataset.RData.</div><div>3. The file dataset.RData is the data file.</div><div>4. The file 1_main.R is the R-script that replicates the tables and figures in the main paper and main appendix. The data used is dataset.RData. If executed from the folder, no path adjustments need to be made.</div><div>5. The file 2_online_appendix.R is the R-script that replicates the tables and figures from the online supplementary appendix. The data used is dataset.RData.
