SMFC electrochemically active bacteria Genome sequencing and assembly

The anode of the SMFC system was immersed in 30 mL of DI water to form a bacterial solution, from which 15 mL samples were extracted for analysis. For various Cr6+ concentrations (250, 400, 600 mg/kg) without added biochar, the names of the biofilm samples on the SMFC anode surface after the experiment are 250, 400 and 600, respectively; as for the above three concentrations but with added biochar, the names of the samples after the experiment are 250-B, 400-B and 600-B. The sample name Original represents the biofilm on the surface of the SMFC anode before the experiment. An Illumina MiSeq platform was commissioned from Genomics (BioSci Tech Co., New Taipei City, Taiwan) and used to perform next-generation sequencing.
