Raw datasets relating to the paper entitled "A Population Genetic Analysis of the Critically Endangered Madagascar big-headed turtle, <em>Erymnochelys madagascariensis </em>across Captive and Wild Populations". <br> Sheet 1 of the spreadsheet relates to sample information, such as ID, year and location of collection, plus available genetic data for each sample. <br> Sheet 2 is raw microsatellite genotypes inputted to Microsatellite Analyser software.
