A MATLAB program for the viewing, outlining, segmentation and analysis of muscle MRI data

A custom MATLAB program developed to work with the MRI image dataset also provided as a part of this dataset (https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.7223348). This software allows users to view the MRI images, identify muscle cross-sectional areas, separate contractile and non-contractile tissue, and to calculate the muscle volumes and visualize them in 3D.This program is compatible with MATLAB R2018a.Full details on usage can be found in User_Guide.pdf
