Transcriptomic and proteomic analysis of prickly pear fruit

The key genes regulating Vc changes were screened by transcriptome sequencing and proteomics was used to analyze the protein expression in Roxanthus Roxanthus fruit. Finally, the initiation genes, proteins and regulatory pathways of Vc accumulation were identified by bioinformatics analysis, and the formation mechanism of Vc accumulation was discussed.
