Frozen analysis pipeline, derived data products, figure-generation scripts, and publication-ready figures accompanying Sosna (2026) This study audits whether a global compactness parameter (lambda = G M_bar / R_eff c^2) adds uniquely identifiable predictive information to local disk-galaxy dynamics beyond the radial acceleration relation (RAR), using 126 SPARC galaxies with 2,709 rotation-curve points and a four-model Bayesian comparison (M0-M3). The principal finding is a sharp regime bifurcation: a surviving structure-dynamics residual confined to gas-dominated, low-acceleration systems and consistent with null in stellar-dominated systems.
