Evolved Bacillus subtilis strains

Wild type Bacillus subtilis strain was subjected to transient encounters with isogenic, kin and non-kin swarms over 20 cycles of experimental evolution to determine how contact strain type affects evolution of parental strain population and to identify the genetic causes of observed phenotypes.
