EIS-COVID survey, Chile, 2020. The survey used a hybrid methodology combining a telephone application with an application through the internet and was applied to 3,592 people over 18 years of age residing in Chile. The goal of the survey was to describe the informational environments of the people in regards to the coronavirus pandemic, in particular, to know the information sources they have accessed, the messages received, their seeking, scanning or avoidance practices, and their perception of information overload about the pandemic. Both the questionnaire and the study database are publicly available on the project website eiscovid.cl.
