Site Data from an Archaeological Evaluation at Wilsons Lane, Exhall, Warwickshire, August 2023

This collection comprises images, CAD data, and supporting site records from an archaeological evaluation by trial trenching at land off Wilsons Lane, Exhall, Warwickshire. Work was undertaken by Archaeology Warwickshire in August 2023 ahead of the erection of 95 dwellings, the creation of access and public open space, landscaping, and associated works. One small ditch was present within the 21 trenches (at the northwest of the site), which contained a heavily abraded pottery sherd dating to the Roman period. Furrows were present within seven trenches, one of which included residual pottery dating to the Roman period.
