Confocal- and STED-FLIM images of neuronal proteins

Confocal- and STED-FLIM images of different protein pairs and fluorophore combinations in live and fixed hippocampal neuronal cultures. Acquired on an Expert Line STED microscope (Abberior Instruments) equipped with a Time Tagger Ultra 8 (Swabian Instruments). Provided both as raw .msr files and .tiff files. Tiff files are structured as (x,y,c=2,t=250) c being Confocal and STED, t being the time bins. Pixel size is 20 nm for images of fixed cells and 25 nm for images of live cells. Time bins are 80ps (250 bins in the 0-20 ns interval). STED images acquired with different depletion powers. The acquisition of the images in this dataset was automated using a python script based on the Abberior-STED package. Details concerning the imaging parameters used are provided in the Methods section below.
