Vehicle operation risk assessment for tunnel sections is critical to enhancing the safety level of vehicle operations within tunnels. To collect experimental data, weather stations and radar-vision integrated equipment were installed at the Comprehensive Automotive Proving Ground of Chang'an University. Corresponding data including meteorological data, test vehicle operation data, and other relevant information were gathered via real-vehicle tests by setting up typical tunnel operation risk scenarios.
