Effect of overexpression of IntS6 and IntS12 on gene expression in Drosophila DL1 cells

To investigate the effect of IntS6 or IntS12 overexpression on gene expression Overall design: Ribo– RNA-seq for 9 samples treated with copper for 24h (3 biological replicate sets of control parental DL1 cells, DL1 cells stably maintaining an inducible IntS6 transgene driven by the MtnA promoter (DL1 pMtnA IntS6), and DL1 cells stably maintaining an inducible IntS12 transgene driven by the MtnA promoter (DL1 pMtnA IntS12)) and 9 samples not treated with copper (3 biological replicate sets of control parental DL1 cells, DL1 pMtnA IntS6 cells, and DL1 pMtnA IntS12 cells). The copper treatment was used to induce transgene expression.
