This dataset contains the numerical data underlying all figures presented in the manuscript titled “Adsorptions of Ba2+ on kink sites of calcite (10.4) face control Ba isotope fractionations of biogenic carbonates.” It includes both newly generated data from DFT calculations and compiled previously published Δ138/134Ba fractionation determined for biogenic carbonates. All external data were extracted from peer-reviewed articles and are accompanied by proper citations. No proprietary or unpublished data are included.
