Data for Identifying therapeutic potential of Dioscorea alata for treating Alzheimer's Disease

This dataset was collected, cleaned and curated for our research project to find therapeutic potential of Dioscorea alata (Purple yam) for Alzheimer's Disease. The data includes compounds present in Dioscorea alata, the genes involved in Alzheimer's and intersection of genes that interacted with compounds. These interactions were observed and visualized, to understand how these compounds are related with the Alzheimer's Disease markers and had significantly for their role in neuroprotection and anti-inflammatory pathways.本数据集为支撑本研究项目采集、清洗并整理而成，旨在探究大薯（Dioscorea alata，俗称紫山药）在阿尔茨海默病治疗中的潜在价值。数据集包含三类内容：大薯中存在的化合物、阿尔茨海默病相关基因，以及与上述化合物发生相互作用的基因交集。研究团队对上述相互作用进行了观测与可视化分析，以明晰此类化合物与阿尔茨海默病标志物的关联，并阐明其在神经保护与抗炎通路中发挥的关键作用。
