Transcriptome sequencing of phaseolus vulgaris pods and grains

A total of 18 samples were selected from 4 periods during the growth of phaseolus vulgaris pods and grains, and total RNA was extracted respectively for transcriptome sequencing and functional detection of the corresponding genes, which laid a certain data foundation for subsequent studies. Overall design: Firstly, 18 samples were selected from four periods of phaseolus vulgaris pod and grain respectively. RNA was extracted from different samples. RNA quality detection, sequencing and data processing were performed.
