Transcriptome analysis of liver extracted from broiler chicken fed diets containing different concentrations of lysine

RNA-Seq has revolutionized the identification of molecular pathways and the investigation of comparative gene expression profiles. The goal of this study is to compare the transcriptome profiles of liver samples extracted from liver of broiler chicken fed diets containing different concentrations of lysine using RNA-seq protocols. This study provides a framework for identification of molecular pathways and lysine-dependent genes that can be used as targets for enhancing broiler growth.
