Bulk CNS and amino acid carbon and nitrogen stable isotope data supporting the harbor porpoise decomposition manuscript

Stable isotope analysis of carbon, nitrogen and sulfur from blood, liver, liver fluid, muscle, and rib collagen from harbor porpoise stranded in the North Sea. Amino acid stable isotope values for carbon and nitrogen values in 6 amino acids (alanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, leucine, phenylalanine, proline) for each of the tissue types.
