Reference genome sequence. Dictyostelium discoideum AX4

The Dictyostelium discoideum reference sequence (RefSeq) genome is provided by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) using the sequence, assembly, and annotation provided by the Dictyostelium discoideum Sequencing Consortium and dictyBase. The RefSeq chromosomal sequences (accessions NC_007087 to NC_007092) contain annotation for the individual RefSeq mRNA/protein accession pairs, as well as links to the associated Entrez Gene and dictyBase records.
